Tea is a popular beverage (rich in polyphenols) with abundant promoting and disease prevention great health-promoting disease-prevention attributes, originating from the delicate, dried leaves of Camellia sinensis plant. has been proven to have health-boosting impacts like anti-inflammatory, anti-cancerous, anti-diabetic, aids weight loss. Cognitive impairment, also known as cognitive decline aging or other neurological disorders, become an emerging concern. polyphenols, especially phenolic acids, havegained enormous attention due their link improved function preventing decline.
